They better check their files and call a staff meeting and ensure that they have not breached rules or have anything on voice tapes that show intimidation,abuse or underhand tactics :rolleyes: If they have GO DEBT better come back into line immediately and act within the law if they have been breaching it. The agents in question are very thorough and were responsible for the closure of a debt collector only last year after revocation of the licence with the directors now facing a trial in court. In this case it appears at this stage that the investigation will revolve around the CCL and its validity for GO DEBT if they have been found to be in breach. :rolleyes: This is not a bluff and I have this on good authority.
