Yes they have a chance to redeem themselves, but I would rather they just acted within the law. If the investigation makes them do this then that will be an improvement. If it does not and other evidence comes to hand it is out of any of our hands as the DTI and the OFT will be forced to act accordingly. Remember Go DEBT without a CCL licence cannot act as debt collectors.They would be forced to close down. This gives them a chance to put things right. The surprise is not key here it is can they act within the law? It is up to Mr Rhodes and his staff. In the meantime I am assured that matters are proceeding ahead. Regards to all
