This will assist our forum members in dealings with them and also the OFT will continue to moniter them once a complaint is made on a regular basis. Please believe me I know. They will be constantly watched. The investigation will also due to historic incidents of harrassement involve the police to investigate. The DTI and the OFT despite the cynicism are very aggressive at the moment on rogue debt collectors so they will look at this matter very seriously. If they are forced to comply strictly with the law due to these actions then the debtors benefit. Regards
