But you are shooting me I am on your side. I am sorry that you suffered at the hands of this company and it is for this reason that we want them back into line so others do not suffer. I do not know what your particular circumstances were. However to have them closed down they must be approached by the authorities in the correct manner and investigated ,files called for transcripts checked,witnesses called. The OFT if they then think there is a case can call for revocation of the CC licence to be considered by the OFT special panel. I have personally had success with this route and posting on here will not change anything as the OFT let them know they are being investigated anyway. That is why I am notifying you that the first stage is underway and this is the reporting of this company to the DTI and OFT and police where appropriate.
