Our users who have dealing with GoDebt have not been pleasant ones. It is understandable for this sort of topic gets heated. Saying that though nothing is achieved when we throw derogative marks at each other. May I request that we all reframe from this regardless of our situations. Thank you. Time will tell if this investigation is genuine. I will only believe it when I see it. I'm afraid I have very little confidence in the OFT but hopefully if this is genuine my belief in them might be restored. If this investigation goes ahead I would imagine the most of us would like to see GoDebt cease trading. Some might just want them to be forced to play fair and proper. Me....I will not be happy until the likes of William Rhodes has been sent to prison. Wishing him sentenced might be a bridge to far but for me the likes of him need to be made an example. Some might sat that hard especially as he contributed to the site. My answer to that is guys like him dont contribute to the site unless there is something in it for them. WR had an agenda when he came on here. He had brought all that debt from YCC only to find out that the majority of the contracts were unenforceable. Because he was committed to these contracts he managed to persuade some of our users into a deal instead of informing them that their contracts might be useless. I challenged WR on this but he deliberately avoided answering. This is what he did when he knew he was onto a loser. If this investigation does go ahead all I'm I will say about it for now is it is about time. Whatever the outcome of it something tells me I will have to be content with it as I cannot see my wishes coming true. Regardless, some action is better than what we have been seeing which is nothing. |
