There are some changes in the Consumer Credit Act that take place in April, some creditors may try and get you to take out new agreements, ( possibly added some money to your original agreement as an incentive) Don’t sign the new agreements until you have sought advice, you may be making an agreement that you don’t have to pay into one you do have to pay. If you owe someone money and they ask you to sign a new agreement, before you do this visit your local CAB or advice agency and ask them whether the loan is enforceable. Likley culprits could range from catalouge companies to companies such as Swift, Welcome, Blemain, etc etc so before you sign check it out
