sorry to hear they are contacting you again. this attitude they are displaying is disgusting. They cannot tell you that you must take out another loan to pay off your debt to them - this is just wrong. I would get all the info they hold about you and then if you PM Bakedalasker he can tell you where to send a copy of your agreement to so we can get an expert to check it over. |
