Ask them the procedures to complain and request the OFT investigate this practice. Any breach by Go debt of the OFT guidelines or CCA must be reported to the OFT. The question you must ask the OFT is are they fit to hold a Consumer credit licence if they constantly breach the terms. Action is very shortly to begin against Go Debt so any info you can provide the OFT or DTI will help. The action is a request to rescind their licence and put them out of business. So now is the time.
