When I was diagnosed with a critical illness I asked Yes car credit if I could
return my car as I could not afford it any longer due to being unable to work, they
agreed I could, there was just over 2 thousand pounds owing,Yes car credit told me
they would sell it to recover their cost and any balance would be paid to me.
I then received a bill from Auto Direct for nearly 5 thousand pounds, saying the car
had been sold at a loss, and I had to pay the balance plus all the policies I had
been told I had to have.

I later found out that the car had not been sold at all.

I was then contacted by GODEBT who insisted that I had to pay the full amount and
they would not look into the over charge, so I now pay them monthly by standing
order, only a small amount as I am an old age pensioner, but I feel I should only
pay back what was outstanding on the car and not double that figure. When I spoke to GODEBT I was told "we have to make a living".
