hi i have recently returned my car to daf after 2 years i was up to date with my payments and the car was in better condition than when i got it from them but now they are hassling me for £1300 for the optional insurance policies i took but as i recall i tried to get out of them in the first place as a couple of the policies didnt cover me any way as i am self employed but they wouldn't let me have car without them but if they were optional why was i pressured into having them and is there anything i can do about it any advice will be gratefully received thanks Jason |
