As at 12:15PM today Go Debt have still failed to file their annual return with Companies House. This was due on the 21st February 2007 and the failure to supply this return on time is a criminal offence. They cannot even get their own house in order. The directors can be liable to criminal prosecution for this offence. Today Go debt have been reported to the OFT and DTI and further enquiries are being made to companies House regarding this breach. To ALL ON THIS FORUM:-DO NOT PAY Go debt anything at all whatever they threaten. They are at the present time an illegal company operating outside of the rules and regulations set down by their licence. DO NOT PAY THEM. Go to the DTI and OFT if you are threatened and your local CAB if you are being verbally harasessed call the police and file a complaint. Explain what you know about this company and take note of any employee name who abuses you.  TO ALL> |
