Posts: 87 Group: Silver Member Member #86 Joined: August 31, 2005	Iya jennie I thought i read in the original post the advice to stop paying? which i found quite alarming, we know these people will issue bankrupcy demands and if you dont have the argument that the PPI is compulsory or there is none on your agreemnt then the fact that they havent returned there accounts late is not i personally think a reasom a judge would accept as an argument against a bankrupcy order? This could mean people would lose there homes woudnt they if they just followed the post advice to stop paying?
