Ah well that certainly got a reaction from you all and brought Mr Rhodes out back on to the forum.
This was the sprat to bring out the mackerel.
Mr Rhodes you are perfectly aware that the tactics of your company are to say the least illegal in the fact that you flout the law,ignore the rules that dictate the holding of your licences and your staff are agressive bullies, we have the proof.
We are aware of numerous cases and have had evidence provided to us and our team that must now bring your company into serious disrepute.
It is these licences that must be brought into question.If it is now found by the authorities that you are breaching these rules and regulations then your licence must be revoked and your ability to act as debt collectors withdrawn.If criminality is found you must be investigated by the police pure and simple.
If our previous post was telling people not to pay you then we stand by this on the proviso that those people should have legal representation and fight their corner if the action is coming from you and your company.
Also it is relevant from whom the bankruptcy petition is isssued and why, and if your company is brought under serious investigation then this must be a line of defence against the bankruptcy especially if you have not followed procedures correctly as outlined under rules governing debt collectors.
TO ALL:-
I SAY AGAIN.
Do not pay Go DEBT just because they pressure you into bankruptcy.
If they have not followed procedure by hearing you out,providing evidence of their claim against you and tried to resolve the matter within guidelines then any action they try is negated by these actions.
Look hard at the way you have been dealt with by them and if there is any issue of harrassement ,bullying and blatant flouting of procedures then you will have defence via your lawyers or local CAB OFT ,DTI at your disposal to have any action or petition thrown out. Seek legal advice immediately.
Mr Rhodes a full investigation is under way and the main initial thrust will be the revocation of your licence for illegal practices. If more serious issues are uncovered then the criminal authorities may wish to intervene it is up to them.
Last year we uncovered the same practices taking place with another debt collection company who were also arrogant and cocky. Needless to say they are no longer around. Assistance was provided to the OFT and DTI and they took the necessary action and revoked the company's licence and closed the operation down.
Our approach and procedures have always brought results where the accused are found to be guilty.
TO ALL :- We will proceed as indicated above and from now on no further info on what is happening will be issued on this forum or replies given.
What we are saying is that do not stay quiet if you feel you have been mistreated by Go Debt and their threats, report every instance of flouting of regulations to the authorities immediately. Our experience is that the more complaints made the quicker the authorities act.
No doubt the authorites will be in contact with Mr Rhodes and Go debt direct.
Mr Rhodes will have the right to reply and appeal to the authorities of course as is his legal right and answer to any allegations.
By the way we are not one individual but a team of 10 people.
