But a stand has to be made for what is right and for what is wrong. We are seeking the revocation of Go Debts Consumer credit licence for major breaches if this is granted in due course then they will no longer be able to trade as debt collectors.This will mean they can no longer receive payments from you as debt collectors. Our advice about do not pay them is on the basis that if they did not follow procedure in obtaining bankruptcies in the first place against people then they have broken the law pure and simple. These cases should report what happened to the authorities to see if they can have their cases and bankruptcies re asessed. Also should they hold payments due to Go Debt while the investigation is under way? We are finding incidents of potential fraud carried out by YCC/DAF in its recent actions and therefore feel that Go debt by enforcing these are making their actions open to scrutiny and possible counter legal action. You will all be hearing about the Go debt/DAF investigation over the next few weeks details of exactly who to contact with your complaint exact name and number will be posted on this board.Also the case numbers as appropriate. If you all feel happier paying them in the meantime it is up to you but make notes of the names of their employees,and detail every action they take against you.If you are unhappy contact the OFT let them know.If you are harrassed call the police. WE ARE TRYING TO STOP GO DEBT EVERY AGAIN TAKING SOMEONE TO BANKRUPTCY WHERE THEY HAVE NOT FOLLOWED CORRECT PROCEDURE. We expect the response from GO DEBT is to rubbish us as a form of defence rather than defend themselves proving us wrong.So expect that. We are not bothered as we will be leaving this in the hands of the authorities immediately after Easter to deal with anyway. GOOD LUCK
