Hi Viplosh ref your comments below "Our advice about do not pay them is on the basis that if they did not follow procedure in obtaining bankruptcies in the first place against people then they have broken the law pure and simple." Could you please post the section number of the Insolvency Act 1986 that they have breached? i look foward to your reply. |
