We know nothing of any hoax calls and can confirm that we were not involved.

Your allegations are unfounded.

We do not act in that way,we just go straight to the OFT and DTI direct and police if need be and they call you.

You are attempting to deflect the issue Mr Rhodes.

If it pleases you we will post the contact names at the DTI and OFT and police for you to talk to in advance prior to their contact to you early next week when our complaints are formally lodged.

You have obviously upset many people if you are getting hoax calls.

It is not now for this forum to decide whether the allegations are true but the real authorities they will be in touch with you Mr Rhodes I can assure you.

I would suggest that you call a staff meeting today urgently and warn them that you are being reported to the authorities and that every member of staff should ensure they act within the regulations or they will be found out.

It is strange that you do not defend yourself just rubbish the procedures we are confirming are taking place.

Is this that you know that the truth about your company will now come out?
