Subject ycc/daf dispute. Message These people need to be shown that they are not above all the rules and regulations and guidelines laid down to protect the consumer, if they are allowed to get away with all their underhand, deceiptful,and in some cases downright dangerous practices then there is no place in our society for any government bodies claiming otherwise. so come on,listen to the people you are there to protect, and set an example.
