Direct Auto Finance (Yes Car Credit.)

Message
Every month I find myself recieving letters and reminders from D.A.F, despite my
payments being up to date. The frustrating thing about this is that every letter
they send me, I am charged £15 for the privelage.
On one occasion they sent me 3
letters in one day, which in effect added £45 to my account. But it didn't stop
there, they continued by sending me a letter a day for the next 8 days, charging me
£15 a time. IN JUST OVER A WEEK I FOUND MYSELF WITH £150 being added to my
account.
After numerous phone calls to D.A.F, they agreed to remove the charges from
my account. But since then I still find myself facing a letter each month, along
with the £15 charge they incur. Leaving me having to phone D.A.F to get the charges
removed. Every time this happens it is at cost and inconvience to myself !
