subject direct auto finance agents Message I have had no problems with them into I moved and bought a new house. The direct debit was not collected and first I new about the problem was a letter and then 2 days later a knock at the door and a extra £300+ bill from crystal collections who were using a cardiff based collections agent. This has put me into a hole. And don't remember anything on their terms and conditions about this. I thought in order for charges like this to be applied this would have to go to a court. and because I had to borrow to pay the extra charges has caused me problems with the bank I had the money the whole time for what they were owed. But because of this and the bank charges. I have got a month into arrears with them . Also a few days before they did call I did get one letter and faxed them card details to process which they never took even though had a ackowledgement call confirming they would process it. I personally think these charges I should be able to reclaim. But working in the collections industry were able to get the direct numbers for the head of crystal collections. to get things sorted. except their charges back |
