Ok in that case I would personally return the car back to Approved and throw the Sales of Goods Act at them. It would be best to seek legal advice first but I'm confident this is what you will be told. We usually recommend users in your position to contact Trading Standards but it looks like you have done that without success. It would be worth contacting them again and hope you get a different agent. Let us know what you do. |
