he has managed to speak to someone and is there at the moment picking up our car. i have spoke to him and he tells me that there is lots of things missing in the car (polishes/jack etc) the senior finance manager has signed the check. when he got there he was told he was in a meeting. his mane is ian jones btw. around 20 mins later david was then told that ian had left and was in wales. what crap !!!! he made a runner when he saw david turn up !! not sure what they are doing about the missing things but we are getting our car back thank god and a check for £330 as he had to drive back to birmingham to collect car !! never ever have i heard of such a con artist company like this one. they dont know there head from there arse and they havent even got the decency to face my partner with an explanation they just run out the building. car craft=bloody joke BE WARNED !!!!!!!!! |
