Unregistered	hi there. A couple of years ago i got a car with yes car credit. I kept the car for two years and as far as i was aware i handed it back and that was the end of it. However when the two tears was upi was hit with insurance charges of around 900.00 repair charges of 500.00 when there was no damage to the car and also had to pay 80.00 to get the car uplifted. I have had nothing but hassle from the company and have now sent it to a solicitors where a ccj has been filed. I have agreed to pay the balance to avoid court action but i am really not happy about what has happened and I feel as if i have been taken for a mug. Is there any way in which you can help reclaim some of the money which i have had to pay?
