Hi all, Sorry again for not being in touch and updating. Been having real trouble with finances and as a result i have fallen behind with monthly payments. Whilst trying to get charges refunded with plenty of letters going backwards and forwards but end result no joy. They have been adding more on due to there letters telling me of non payment. I had fallen 3 months behind and when i phoned them to make payment i was re -directed to a debt collector who said he was on his way to collect my car. He explained i owed him over £1200 ? my monthly payments are £266.42 He allowed me to break this down into 3 payments over next 3 months but i also had to pay my regular amount as well. As you can image i couldnt make this payment due on 15th April and would like to put it into dispute as i am happy to pay my normal amount but no all the adding charges. Can someone please advise???? With regards my PPI refund request i was hit with a blow as when YCC replied to my letter, they included i fax that was completed by my Manager and he put on it i was PAYE even through i wasnt. He told me he did this as the sales guy who he knew told him that i wouldnt get the finance unless i was PAYE. I had not worked for 7 months, and had told sales guy i have no payslips of bank statements showing income as i work as a self employed person. This is making me ill and just dont know what to do to get them of my case and get my PPI refunded. Sorry to go on but i am really mad and upset with it all. Regards Mark |
