 Laura,Personally I would demand all the money back you have paid and to tell them to keep the car. I would quote them the Sales of Goods act and inform them the car was not "fit for purpose". If they dont agree threaten them with legal action. Your first port of call for this situation is they play difficult is Trading Standards. Might be worth giving them a call first before doing anything. We know of a number of cases likes yours where they have sorted issues out like this. If you dont get anywhere with Approved or Trading Standards them let us know and we will go from there. |
