Firstly thank you for your reply. Trading standards say they will only intervene, if whne ACF fix the car again and then we take it to a garage to have it checked and then it is still deemed faulty, then they will step in, until then they say we should stick with what they want. As you can imagine this really isnt what we want as it will be a long and costly process. |
