Laura, just had our legal expert look at your thread. The advice given is that you need to get an Independant expert opinion on the car BEFORE you get it repaired. This will look good in court if you have to go that way. Going on your posts it looks it looks a reasonable case in your favour. If you want further advice please let me know. |
