Lasaruseifer, welcome to our forum. My first thought is that you need to contact Trading Standards regarding the condition of your car. As you have only had it for under a year I would say they could have them with the sales of goods act as the car being unfit for its purpose. Elaborating on that I would get an independant report done on the car. This will be useful if its ends up going to court. Regarding the agreement we are not familiar with the Carcraft/Ucan contracts. But we do have legal experts who can give us an opinion. We provide this service for free and will give you a clear indication of your chances of challenging the contract. Unfrtunately your scanned image seems to be missing some of the contract so if you would like it to be checked could you please e-mail me a copy to: - Bakedalasker@saynotoyes.co.uk. My ISP a bit slow. Its now come through. Obviously remove all personal data and I will contact you via the e-mail address you use. This site is very sceptical of this company Carcraft/Ucan. We know for a fact they have employed ex YCC employees including managers. We have been approached by their PR company so they are aware of us. Our reply to their sent message to us was ignored. Our first impression is that they behave very much like YCC and we will be taking interest in them very closely |
