Hi I have had a quick look at the calculation, and run it through the calculator on the FSA website http://www.moneymadeclear.fsa.gov.uk/tools...calculator.html if the intrest rate is correct at 15% then the monthly payments shoould have been £146.11 not the £180 they were asking, this would then have the affect of making the payments wrong and you would argue that this would make the agreement unenforcable as this is what is termed a prescribed term. I would take your contract to your local TS office and ask them to calculate what your payments would be if the intrest rate is right ( the calculator on the website isnt the most accurate) if the figures are diffrent getting written confirmation of TS and take it to your local advice agenecy and they can write on your behalf. Hope that makes sense. |
