However, the car being faulty may well give you opportunity to challenge the agreement anyway. We recommend you do not the car and try and get an independant expert to inspect the vehicle. Perferrable someone with experience in court action. Can you clairify if you were sold the manufacturers warrenty with the car. If you require further help then please PM me.
