I sent them a letter when the 40 days were up reminding them that they were in breech or the DPA regulations and also sent a complaint to the ICO. The funny thing about all this is I have not at any point refused to pay this account. All I want is the paperwork and they will just not send it. I keep telling them to send me the paperwork and they will recieve full payment but they wont. Then they send me an offer to pay half. HOW ODD... Anyhow ill hold strong untill I recieve the paperwork and untill i hear from you baked. Why do they have to make everything so difficult. If they keep going like this they may just recieve no payment at all Shane
