what they may try to produce is sheets with the terms and conditions of your insurance policy on and the exclusions list. DAF claim that these are your insurance policy certificates. I disagree as I think they should show correct information like repayment dates; any money added as fees etc. It would be interesting to see what somebody like a judge views this like if this is what they produce.

anyway congrats on getting the charges taken off. this should have set a prevedence now for others if the judge takes the view that if it is not listed it can't be charged.
