Ask your solicitor to get DAF to produce the following information regarding the sale of the PPI insurance to you. Policy summaries. Demands and Needs statement. Statement of price. Both the DNS and Statement of price would of required your signature. Also advise your solicitor that DAF were regulated by the FSA. Steve Plowman being the CEO was accountable for these practises. However they are now no longer authorized for insurance sales but still in business. Good luck! |
