Mrsa0412, welcome to our forum.You will need to check your Terms and Conditions before we can answer that. Apparently there were 3 levels of cover and without knowing which one they gave you we cannot really judge. When you took out the agreement with YCC was a time when they were wrongly executing ing their agreements. Chances are that the contract you signed is unenforceable. As mentioned all over this argument there are a number of legal arguments against these contracts that are causing YCC to set aside the chase. Before I go any further could you let me know exactly your situation at the moment. Do you have any legal representation? Are you being chased by a debt collector for the money.
