My opinion here is that 20 hours would not be considered full time employment in a court. Tracy, are you familiar with a DPA request. There will be other documents that Welcome will hold on you. Such documents as an application form etc. A DPA request will oblige Welcome by law to send all information they hold on you. It costs £10 but it might be the next step. This sort of thing is always worth doing when you are in this situation. |
