Posts: 5 Group: Members Member #734 Joined: November 9, 2006	Its all over finally, we have taken on the big boys and won, a letter from solicitors sent today (by email) reads:- Dera Sir and Madam, (case details) Further to the above matter and your most recent email; our clients (DAF) have decided, in view of the fact that you appear to have no recoverable assets to discontinue this matter. We must make it clear that this decision has been taken on a purely commercial basis. We enclose a notice of Discontinuance by way of service; a copy of the notice has been lodged with the court. Yours Faithfully etc. We handed the car back a year ago this month and we have stood our ground and this has paid off, no more Yes Car Credit . The amount that they were claiming was nearly Ł5,500 including costs. May we take this oppurtunity to thank everyone at the Say No To Yess website because if we had never come accross it we may have just given in and paid up.
