 Paul, welcome to our forum.I'm sorry to hear about the problems you are having with your car. Its sounds to me that you need to get rid of this car once and for all and get your money back. We will be interested to see how Black Horse go about sorting this out for you. In cases like this we recommend you contact Trading Standards. I would imagine they would throw the Sales of Goods Act at them and get your money back. Thats the least I would expect. Sometimes we recommend you get an independant inspection carried out before handing the car back to the garage. But to be honest with the problems you have I would be very surprised if the garage do try and give it back to you. If you dont get any success with this situation let us know and we will see what we can do. |
