Make an appointment with your local CAB. Ask to speak to their specialist advisors regarding YCC. As mentioned all over this forun there are a number of legal arguments against the YCc contract. These guys will be able to tell you if you have a case or not. 2. Call our partners Stephensons solicitors. They work very closely with the CAB and are in the process of bringing a group action against YCC. They are well aware of Godebt and their tactics. Chances are the contract you had with them was improperly executed. Godebt know all this but hope you dont. Those of our users who have seek legal advice against Godebt have well basically won against them. Those who have tried to take them on their own have lost. Let us know what you do.
