Posts: 3 Group: Members Member #1,268 Joined: May 17, 2007	Hi there I have a motorhome that has three different VIN/chassis numbers. And, all three VIN/chassis numbers are registered to my registration plate. Black Horse themselves have confirmed this - I have to put a letter together but don't know where I stand legally on this. The vehicle VIN is different to the log book/V5 VIN & Black Horse have another VIN on the HP agreement. All similar numbers but when the chap from BH put the details in to prove they were typing errors he said it was ' very odd' when all three VIN numbers came up registered to my registration plate. As it's over Ł25k it is an unregulated HP agreement. Can I insist the vehicle is returned & all payments I've made refunded?? Any thoughts would be great. dotty
