 all after requesting for a cca i had got a reply saying if i had not heard anything then get in touch so 28 days had passed still nothing i requsted for another cca gave them 14 days still nothing so i rang em they had said they are still waiting for it and then i told them that this is still on my credit report as a default it was then removed that day and i just got a confirmation letter from hillesden of removal so weather welcome can still provide this i dont know lets hope not
