 mr bakedalaska no this is in connection with 1 agreement i had started in 2002 which i refused to pay because i realised the car was sh*** and i i gave the car back i defaulted that year the outstandung amount was later sold on to hillesden in 2005 who tried to chase me for it i then i done a cca on em so if welcome cant bring up the original agreement so far they havent then my default will be remaining off my credit file unless it turns up in the near future hillesden say that they intend to be following it up from their client welcome (the agreement)
