Mrdebtor,Thanks for replying. The reason I asked the question is that Welcome have a reputation of making their clients signanother agreement as the original one is usually unenforceable. Also what we are witnessing these days is that these new agreement....well there are no new agreements. So clients are payimg into a plan with no agreement. A DPA usually reveals this. Saying that I'm only going on other posters testimonies. So you have done them a CCA request and of yet have not had a reply. By law as you already know they therefore cannot enforce the agreement. I usuallly advise users in this situation to write back to them informing that they have not complied so therefore will not receiving another payment to they have complied. Chances are if you have already returned your car they will write back to you informing that they have cleared the debt. Something tells me this will be the outcome. |
