thanks for the reply ok so i hope in my case that as the original agreement is so old (5yrs) that it is unenforceable or it is lost somewhere i hope so coz the car was worth only worth £700 resale when bought and they wanted nearly £7500 including ppi over 4yrs i think next time ill just save up for a car
