some years ago i purchased a car from daf, only to fall behind with the high re payments the car was taken back with out a court order. years later they got in touch asking for 3500(this figure keeps rising)! i dont know were i stand and dont know if we had even payed over one third of the overal cost i do now the amount there asking for is all i had left to pay on the agreement, so what about the cars value they had taken back why was in not deducted from the amount owing!!!
