Jamjay84, welcome to our forum. Your story is so familiar to this site. Lately we have had a number of victims of Welcome like yourself. At the moment I am talking to our legal representation for the best way forward. All i can say at the moment is that we are considering a group action against these guys. Son i will be contacting all our users with issues with Welcome. Please just bare with me on this. In the meantime I would like you to do a DPA request to them.
