there Joel.there are several people who could offer you legal advise on this. these would be people such as Citizens Advice Bureau; Trading Standards may be able to offer advice as obviously it was a mechanical fault that was the reason you stopped paying; or, you could contact Stephensons Solicitors. However, with Stephensons as they are a solicitors their fees are high if they took on your case so you may be better off contacting them only if you are eligible for legal aid or can pay all the costs |
