 FolksI have at last recieved the Documents from DAF. It contains and I Quote "Copies of all Scanned information held in relation to this account" It is Catagorised into three catagories i) Chat system notes ii) Statement of account iii) Documentation taken at the time of the original application I have written back to Mr Plowman to find out where all the information about the alleged Insurance is and am awaiting a reply. There is however two documents confirming that the Deposit was taken from the car one being the "NEW AND USED VEHICLE ORDER FORM" and the other is an invoice stating clearly that the deposit should have been applied to the vehicle and the figure that was due from the finance company is incorrect on the contract. I am awaiting his reply Cheers Shane |
