do you have any of this in writing or has it all been done over the phone? i would write to them with a Data Protection Request (template on the forum) and ask for copies of the phonecalls and any other info they hold on file about you i would also seek legal advice ASAP from the Citizens Advice about this because now they have terminated your contract they can just come and take the car without a court order and then chase you for the whole amount outstanding on the agreement |
