you need to seek legal advice and ASAP. when they say they are making a charging order they are not messing and I would not let this rumble on. the problem here is the fact you don't have any of the paperwork. you could send a Data Protection Request and ask for all the info they hold on file about you. This will at least show if they have added charges on and what your original agreement was for. However, I have a feeling that none of what you have said they said will be evident. I would get down to the Citizens Advice immediately and ask them the best way to proceed
