Hi, Im also having problems with approved (cygnet see post ) i have sent a letter requesting all acount details plus origional contracts /paperwork , the annoying thing a repayment scheme was arranged and it appears the women (trust me im trying hard not to call her something else ) who is my account manager is hell bent on repossessing the car ...... I hope you have sucess in contacting these people as I have found they dont reply to letters ( they seem to have pixies that steal there post as they dont recive them ).....I ve tried E mailing and they never phone back ..or get the manager to phone back....So good luck |
