i have got the template now and will send that off to them but they are still asking for the £330 payment by the end of the month do i still have to pay this if they have terminated my agreement also i was told wen i took out the ppi and gap insurance i had to have it not that it was optional and havent ever recieved anydocuments about these just payment info |
